Independent Living Package

Grand River Estates Retirement Home is pleased to offer the following Independent Living Package. This package has been developed for those who wish to remain as independent as possible.

This package has been developed for those who wish to remain as independent as possible.

The following care services are included:
• 24-hour care staff
•Medication administration (certain restrictions apply)
• Health and wellness assessments
• Group activation programs
• Three meals and two snacks per day
• Weekly laundering
• Weekly housekeeping
• Use of telephone
• Emergency response call bell system  

Prices Range from $1,800 to $3,500 (Depending upon room type and care services.)
 

• Additional Care Services will be charged on an individual basis. If you require additional services, Grand River Estates Retirement Home offers Enhanced Living Packages. These packages are designed for individuals requiring more care.

Grand River Estates Retirement Home is pleased to offer the following Enhanced Living Package.

This package has been developed for those who require some additional care.

The following care services are included:
• 24-hour care staff
• Medication administration (certain restrictions apply)
• Continence care (if required)
• Night checks (if required)
• Weekly shower
• Health and wellness assessments
• Group activation programs
• Three meals and two snacks per day
• Weekly laundering
• Weekly housekeeping
• Use of telephone
• Emergency response call bell system  

Prices Range from $2,100-$4,500 (Depending on room type and care services)

• Additional Care Services will be charged on an individual basis.
